Steve Ginsberg and Xavier Thibaud quickly overwhelmed Ernesto Santos and Jeanot Ruperti in the final of the doubles carousel, on a fanny, no less.

Forty-seven players signed up to play on Memorial Day Sunday. All were paired with a different players for each game to make 19 doubles teams and the odd triples team. After 3 qualifying games, the 16 players with the best individual ranking moved to the finals, with all games and teams being randomly drawn.

In the semifinals, Steve and Ernesto beat Charles and Sual; Xavier and Jeanot beat Jean-Pierre and Dana, setting up a finals of Steve and Xavier against Ernesto and Jeanot. Not much went right for the latter. Neither shooting, nor pointing, nor luck. Steve shot great.

The final scoring line:
0-0, 1-0, 6-0, 10-0, 12-0, 13-0.
