New York Petanque, Inc is hosting the 2009 Hery Open. Started in 2004, this annual tournament is in its 5th edition. It was was renamed last year in honor of our best player, arguably the best in the country, Hery Rakotoarivony, who returned home to Madagascar.

It is a one-day triples tournament, Sunday, June 21, at Bryant Park, in the heart of Manhattan.
